Jonathan Hyde

Starting his career in 1985 by gaining a place on British Rail's student training scheme, Jonathan has worked on a wide range of mainline railway research and development projects.

Whilst employed by British Rail he studied Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Bristol University, and graduated with a degree in 1989.

He spent a further 6 years after graduation specialising in developing safety critical computerised railway signalling systems. In 1993 he achieved the position of Chartered Engineer and since 1996 has been broadening his experience through project managing the creation of communication systems and services for the health market which exploit Internet technology.

He joined BT in 1998 and through a series of specialist sales roles and business development roles he became expert in assessing the business impact and benefits of communications technology in providing healthcare services.

He joined Risk Solutions in 2007 bringing telecoms and health experience to add to the team. Jonathan is married with three children and enjoys any outdoor pursuit that involves exercise and liberal amounts of adrenalin.
