“The commission has required strong analytical competencies in the assessment of a technically complex area of policy and practice.  RS has effectively led a team of sub-consultants which has brought a high level of insight and order to the task and delivered the contract to Defra’s satisfaction.  It is worth noting that we were aware at the outset that there was a high risk that this project could rehearse the issues without providing the insight or analysis that Defra was hoping for.  I am satisfied that Risk Solutions’ project management and the technical competencies of both RS and their subcontractors has effectively mitigated that risk.”
