The Tavistock Institute (TIHR)

The Tavistock Institute of Human Relations (TIHR) applies social science to contemporary issues and problems. It was established as a not for profit organisation with charitable purpose in 1947 and has a worldwide reputation as a leading centre of expertise in the areas of human relations and group dynamics. The Institute is engaged with evaluation and action research, organisational development and change consultancy, executive coaching and professional development, all in service of supporting sustainable change and ongoing learning.

We choose to work with TIHR because of their world leading skills and insights. In addition to partnering with TIHR on consulting work, we also work closely with them as members of CECAN.
